This is not a newsletter
This is not a newsletter. Creative Dharma newsletters will be going out every second month this year: at the start of February, April, June, August, October and December.
We did say, though, that we will be making a few changes when we started asking people to pay for their subscription, and one of those changes was that we would send all subscribers the occasional document that, for whatever reason, is best kept separate rather than being included within a newsletter.
Our first offering is:
Living on at eighty: how we remain a going concern by Winton Higgins
‘For decades,’ he writes, ‘I’ve borne in mind the traditional Buddhist practice of the three daily death reflections, in the spirit of Carlos Castaneda’s suggestion that we keep death as our adviser. Each day one commits to the mind three questions: Is death certain? When will it come? What will be meaningful at the time of death?’

This text is not included in his newly-published book, Revamp: writings on secular Buddhism. You can find out about Revamp HERE.
We’ll see you again next month, but with a newsletter.
